Made-to-order production
Whisker Thread Studio products are made to order. Production takes place before an item is dispatched, so the time before shipment is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, shipping cost, and the most current estimated delivery information for your order are shown at checkout. Rates and estimates can vary by product, quantity, destination, and fulfillment location.
U.S. Standard Shipping
For eligible U.S. orders using Standard shipping, carrier transit is currently estimated at 2–5 business days after production is complete and the order has been dispatched. Production time is separate and occurs before shipping.
Tracking
When the selected shipping service supports tracking, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or been shipped. Additional charges or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
Carrier delays
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, weather, high-volume periods, customs processing, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
International orders
For international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges may apply unless checkout states otherwise. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility where applicable.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any available tracking details. We will review the order and available carrier or fulfillment information and help determine the appropriate next step.
