These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Whisker Thread Studio online store and to purchases made through the store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced here, subject to rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

1. Store use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

2. Products and made-to-order items

Many of our products are made to order. We aim to present product images, colors, designs, descriptions, sizes, and other details accurately. Screen settings, production methods, garment batches, and photographic presentation can cause reasonable differences in color or appearance.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store, currently U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, and the final order total are shown during checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and any fraud or security checks performed by our payment providers or Shopify.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not require us to accept an order that contains an obvious pricing or listing error, cannot be fulfilled, presents a suspected fraud or payment issue, or otherwise cannot lawfully be completed. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the applicable refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, billing, and shipping information.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy form part of these terms. Please review them before ordering. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

The store's branding, original graphics, text, layout, product artwork, and other content are owned by or licensed to Whisker Thread Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the store for personal shopping purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or misuse protected content without permission.

7. Third-party services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other functions. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their independent content or practices.

8. Availability and changes

We may update products, prices, availability, store features, and these terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively once posted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
